on temporary rules for documenting and accounting for classes carried out by persons conducting classes on the basis of civil law contracts

Due to the temporary limitation of the university's operation and the implementation of didactic classes in a remote form, I would like to inform you that:

1. in accordance with § 3 para. 2 of Order No. 68/2020 of the Rector of the Jan Kochanowski University of Kielce of 19 March 2020, documentation of didactic classes carried out by persons employed under civil law contracts (hereinafter referred to as conducting classes) can be made through:

1. movies with the recording of the conducted classes,
2. screencasts recorded in the Power Point or other tool,
3. indication of the hours of availability for students/listeners in chat or in another form of communication,
4. schedule of remote classes with the indicated tools,
5. other forms depending on the solutions used,

2. po wykonaniu zajęć dydaktycznych w formie zdalnej prowadzący zajęcia jest zobowiązany do złożenia:

1. statements on their implementation in accordance with the subject card,
2. invoice for the amount corresponding to the product of the number of hours completed in a remote form and the rate for the hour of classes completed (under the contract),

3. the statement and invoice referred to in point 2 should be sent in the form of a scan to the e-mail address of the unit where the didactic classes are conducted; after the end of the period of limiting the functioning of the university, the teacher will be required to provide the abovementioned documents, in traditional (paper) form, as well as to submit materials indicated in point 1 documenting the conduct of classes,
4. The University reserves the right to verify the method of conducting didactic classes in a remote form by the instructors.
