Announcement regarding employees who are not academic teachers
In connection with the act of March 2, 2020 on special solutions related to the prevention, prevention and combating of COVID-19,other contagious diseases and crisis situations caused by them, from March 12, 2020 to March 25, 2020, it is recommended that:
- Minimizing direct contacts of employees at work.
- To ensure communication, it is recommended to use e-mail correspondence and telephone contacts.
- The head of the administration unit is obliged to guarantee the proper functioning of subordinate units by appointing employees in the remote work mode in conjunction with the roster guaranteeing the continuity of the unit's work (including dean's offices).
- Managers undertake to maintain contact with employees performing remote work and supervising it.
Today an order will be issued in this matter.
