on temporary rules for accepting and separating traditional correspondence and documentation requiring written form at the Jan Kochanowski University of Kielce

 

Due to the temporary limitation of the university's operation and the need to ensure safe and hygienic working conditions during the epidemic, I would like to inform you that:

  1. in accordance with § 1 para. 3 point 1 of Order No. 69/2020 of the Rector of UJK of 23 March 2020, all documents (including financial, invoices, delegations, bills, etc.) requiring written form, directed to the university administration, should be submitted to the office, which houses located in a marked room on the ground floor in the rector's building at Żeromskiego 5 in Kielce,
  2. in accordance with § 1 para. 3 point 2 of the above-mentioned order, all documents requiring written form, addressed to the faculty / affiliate administration, should be submitted at the office points indicated by the deans of the faculties / branches,
  3. personal delivery and receipt of traditional correspondence and documentation requiring written form may take place only through designated office points,
  4. traditional correspondence and documentation requiring written form, arriving at a given office point from outside (including also from office points/organizational units of UJK located in other buildings) is registered and distributed after 24 hours,
  5. in the office points the clients are served individually, with the distance provided in separate legal provisions,
  6. traditional correspondence and documentation requiring written form, which was submitted at a given office, in the event of the need to transfer it to another office, shall be provided by a designated employee,
  7. correspondence and documentation regarding matters that can be dealt with in telephone or electronic form should not be submitted in person at office points (this also applies to cases where, pursuant to separate provisions, decisions, messages, specific correspondence or documents may be submitted in the form of scans sent to the email address of the given unit, with the obligation to provide them later in a traditional form, after the period of limitation of the university's operation has ceased),
  8. the principles referred to in points 1-7 in no way limit:
  1. the possibility of sending correspondence and documentation to the UJK requiring written form via traditional post/courier companies,
  2. the possibility of sending correspondence and documentation via the e-PUAP platform.
