Communication on making Microsoft Office 365 available to employees and students of Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce.
Effective from 19 March 2020, Jan Kochanowski University, taking care of safeguarding the continuity of teaching, scientific and administrative processes, is making the Microsoft Office 356 service available to all employees and students of the University in the full range of the office suite. The service can be used online and also in as a desktop application following its installation on a PC. Each user is able to use the service on any 5 devices (desktop and mobile).
The functionalities of Microsoft Office 365 provide the opportunity to exchange documents, work on shared documents, organise virtual meetings, and share teaching materials. Details and instructions on how to use the service will be provided by email and support will be provided by IT staff of the organizational units. Access accounts for academic staff and students will be set up by the faculty and institute IT staff. Accounts for non-teaching staff will be set up by IT Centre staff.
