Rector's announcement of April 1, 2020 on temporary rules for documenting and accounting for classes conducted by persons conducting classes on the basis of civil law contracts

on temporary rules for documenting and accounting for classes conducted by persons conducting classes on the basis of civil law contracts
Due to the temporary limitation of the functioning of the university and the implementation of didactic classes in a remote form, I inform you that:
- in accordance with § 3 sec. 2 of Order No. 68/2020 of the Rector of the Jagiellonian University of March 19, 2020, documentation of didactic classes carried out by persons employed under civil law contracts (hereinafter referred to as lecturers) may be made by:
- videos of the conducted classes,
- screencasts recorded in Power Point or other tool,
- an indication of the hours of availability to students/listeners for chat or other forms of communication,
- a timetable for implementing remote classes with the indicated tools,
- other forms depending on the used solutions.
- after completing the didactic classes in the remote form, the teacher is obliged to submit:
- a statement that they have been carried out in accordance with the course card,

an invoice for an amount corresponding to the product of the number of hours performed remotely
and the rate per completed hour of instruction (resulting from the contract),
- the statement and invoice referred to in point 2 should be sent in the form of a scan to the e-mail address of the unit where the classes are conducted; after the end of the period of limiting the functioning of the university, the teacher will be required to provide the above-mentioned documents, in a traditional (paper) form, as well as to submit the documents indicated in p.1 materials documenting the delivery of the activities,
- The University reserves the right to verify the way in which remote teaching is carried out by the lecturers.
