on conducting credits and examinations during the winter examination session
in the academic year 2020/2021 at the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce

1. Due to the need to ensure a high quality of education, it is recommended that in during the winter examination session in the academic year 2020/2021 credits and examinations are held at the premises of the University or a Branch.
2. The recommendation referred to in point 1 shall apply in particular to credits and examinations
   from classes/subjects crucial for achieving the expected learning outcomes, as defined
   in the curriculum of a given study course.
3. Decision concerning conducting credits and examinations at the premises of the University/Branch
   or remotely, using distance learning methods and techniques, shall be made by a given dean, taking into account the current epidemiological situation.
4. It should be emphasised that the possible conduct of credits and examinations within the premises of the University or a Branch should take place under the applicable sanitary regime, taking into account the generally applicable legislation, as well as the decisions, recommendations and guidelines of the competent state authorities.
