We would like to kindly inform you that, as of 01 March 2020, insurance coverage with WARTA S.A, concerning voluntary group insurance for employees, has been extended.

For University Employees joining the insurance as of 1 March, grace periods on the full range of the offer are waived. The grace period also does not apply to persons employed during the term of the insurance contract who join the group insurance within 3 months of the date of employment.

The coverage and monthly premium remain unchanged at 46.00 PLN or 57.00 PLN per person depending on the option chosen.

Employees who wish to be covered by such insurance are asked to complete a declaration to this effect, as well as a statement agreeing to the deduction of contributions from their wages. Completed documents must be submitted in hard copy to the Payroll Department by 15 March 2020.
