The Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce announces additional recruitment for free training courses for administrative and managerial staff, co-funded with European Union funds, improving managerial and administrative competences, organised in terms of the project „NEW PERSPECTIVES of developing the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce”.

Recruitment for the project 'NEW PERSPECTIVES of development of Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce' training of managerial and administrative staff

We would like to inform that applications for the project „NEW PERSPECTIVES of developing the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce will be accepted from 28.04.2021 to 05.05.2021.

Training addressees: management and administrative staff

Training:

1. Implementation and settlement of R&D projects carried out with EU Structural Funds under POIR and RPO

Training topics:

1. preparing participants for correctly settling R&D projects implemented with EU Structural Funds under the OPIR and ROP.
2. familiarising participants with the guidelines concerning eligibility of costs
3. practical analysis of the guidelines in force in terms of the eligibility of expenditure.
4. providing Participants with the knowledge and practical skills necessary for properly implementing R&D projects carried out with EU Structural Funds under POIR and RPO0.

2. Project Management – R&D

Training topics:

1. introduction to project management,
2. project initiation - areas in project management,
3. planning, implementation time and effectiveness in achieving project goals,
4. project implementation and control,
5. project risk management,
6. planning communication, closing a project.

3. Project management in practice using proven methods and tools

The topic of the training course consists in introducing participants to effective project management methods and techniques in the following areas: planning, controlling, time management, change management, and communication in projects taking advantage of practical and proven tools. The goal is for participants to acquire practical skills that they will be able to use when implementing projects.

Training date: May-September 2021, 2 to 3 off-site training days

4. European Funds - New financial perspective 2021-2027. Main assumptions and objectives.

Training topics: discussing the main points of the new financial perspective including the European Funds for 2021-2027:

1. regulations for cohesion policy 2021-2027.
2. EU policy objectives in the financial perspective 2021-2027.
3. programming of the new perspective 2021-2027 – principles.
4. draft Partnership Agreement for the years 2021-2027.

Minimum number of participants: 3, if there will be great interest in any training then 2 editions will be carried out.

Date: June-September 2021, off-site training

The completed application form in the attachment, should be submitted to the JKU Rector's Office building, located in Kielce, at ul. Żeromskiego 5, room 16, on 28.04.2021 – 05.05.2021
from 9.00 to 14.00.
