3. Fees for the award of a postdoctoral degree (habilitation):

4. For issuing a duplicate document, a fee equal to one and a half the original issuance fee shall be charged.
5. A fee of 19 PLN is charged for the legalisation of documents intended for legal transactions with foreign countries.
