Instabilities play an important dynamical role in relativistic heavy-ion collisions and fluctuations of various collisions characteristics carry information about the process. The workshop objective is to discuss recent developments in the field of relativistic heavy-ion collisions with a special emphasis on instabilities and fluctuations.
