The conference will take place at hotel Uroczysko in Cedzyna, located around 8 km east from the city of Kielce.

Important for participants:
The conference bus will wait at the Kielce Main Railway Station between 18:30 -- 19:00, Monday, July 7. The bus will go to the main meeting place: Faculty of Mathematical - Natural Sciences, Jan Kochanowski University, Swietokrzyska 15, Kielce. Finally, the bus will leave the main meeting place at 19:15, going to the conference hotel. Dinner on July 7 is scheduled at 20:30.
Kielce is located 190 km from Warsaw (Warszawa), 130 km from Cracow (Kraków) and 160 km from Katowice. There are direct trains from these cities. For train connections, see [here].
When arriving by plane, the nearest and most convenient is
Cracow Airport.
Note that there is a direct train line from this airport to the main railway station in Cracow.
Another option is to land at Warsaw Airport from where one should take a bus or
taxi to the main railway station Warszawa Centralna
and continue by train to Kielce.
Of course, it is also possible to rent a car at one of these airports and to arrive directly at
the conference hotel in Cedzyna. In this case, there is a possibility to land at
Katowice
Airport (around 145 km from Kielce) or Lodz
Airport (around 150 km from Kielce).
We do not advise to travel from Lodz or Katowice airport by train: in both cases there are no
direct connections and such a trip would take 6 or more hours.
The distance from Cracow Airport is around 135 km and from Warsaw
Airport is around 175 km.
Please be aware that you may need to have a visa in order to enter Poland. Here is the LIST OF COUNTRIES whose citizens are not required to have a visa when entering Poland (from the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
The total cost of the conference is 580 PLN, which covers hotel accommodation (one place in a double room), meals, coffee, etc. This amount must be paid directly to the hotel, upon arrival or by a bank transfer. Preferable method is paying upon arrival (by cash or by a credit card). The bank account number is given below.
