STRESZCZENIE
Cel: Celem pracy była ocena stosowania profilaktyki przeciwstarzeniowej skóry w społeczeństwie powyżej 20 roku życia na podstawie analizy ankiety własnego autorstwa. Materiał i metody: W badaniu wzięło udział 100 osób powyżej 20 roku życia, zarówno kobiety, jak i mężczyźni, z różnych grup wiekowych o odmiennym wykształceniu. Metodą badawczą był kwestionariusz składający się z 12 pytań: zamkniętych i otwartych. Wyniki: Badania pokazały, że 57% respondentów stosuje kremy przeciwzmarszczkowe, ale większość badanych kupując krem, kieruje się przede wszystkim ceną. Nieznaczna część ankietowanych (17%) uważa, że odpowiedni wiek do rozpoczęcia profilaktyki przeciwstarzeniowej to 18-25 lat. Wnioski: Świadomość ankietowanych na temat przyczyn starzenia się skóry oraz metod przeciwstarzeniowych jest niedostateczny. Istnieje potrzeba szerzenia informacji o metodach profilaktyki przeciwstarzeniowej skóry.

SUMMARY
The aim: The aim of the research was to assess the use of skin anti ageing prophylaxis in a society aged over 20 on the basis of analysing the author's own questionnaire. Material and method: 100 people over 20, both women and men from different age groups and with different education, participated in the research. The research method was a questionnaire composed of 12 questions (open and closed). The results: The research indicated that 57% of the respondents use anti wrinkle creams but the majority of the examined buy a cream depending on the price. A fraction of the examined (17%) believes the age of 18-25 to be appropriate for beginning anti age prophylaxis. Conclusions: The awareness of the examined on the subjects of skin ageing and anti ageing methods is insufficient. There is a need for broader information on skin anti ageing prophylaxis methods.
