Information about admission procedure

All applicants are obligated to:

  1. Register on-line on website
  2. Fill in the application form (doc) which should be provided with all required documents
  3. Pay application fee in the amount of 200.00 EUR (non-refundable) on individual account number during registration process.
  4. Enclose the scanned copies of the following documents to your on-line recruitment account:
    • high school diploma and transcript of grades
    • English certificates
    • valid passport
    • a photography in the electronic version with a dimension of 236x295px and resolution 300DPI
    • copy of vaccination
    • health certificate completed by a physician stating that the applicant is fit for the medical studies (form available on the web page)

High school diploma and transcript of grades (if not included on the Diploma) must be translated into English language. The original of High School Diploma (in your language of origin) must be legalized or provided with an apostille in the country of student`s origin (depending on country). The Polish translation has to be done in Poland by a sworn translator approved by the Polish Ministry of Justice.

Note Only applications supported with all above required documents will be processed. In on-line system applicants can view their actual status of the admission process. Every change in the status is always confirmed by an e-mail.

and Physics (at least Standard Level)
or Mathematics (at least Standard Level)

Official high school-leaving examination certificate or other certificate qualifying to apply for a university course must be certified with an affixed apostille- in the case of documents issued in the countries that are party to the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961.

Candidates will be chosen by an open competition on the basis of grades on the high school certificate (transcript of grades).

A document confirming knowledge of English language, provided that secondary education was not conducted in English

  • International English Language Testing System- IELTS at least 6.5
  • Test of English as Foreign Language -TOEFL Paper Based Test at least a 510 points test score
  • TWE at least 3,5 points
  • TOEFL Computer Based Test (TOEFL CBT) at least a 180 points test score
  • TSE at least 50 points,
  • TOEFL Internet Based Test (TOEFL iBT) - at least a 87 points,
  • TOEIC at least 700 points.

Limit of available places for the Faculty of Medicine is 50 students
